Scope of application:
Electronic weighing is applicable to the packaging of green tea, black tea, black tea, Oolong tea, yellow tea, white tea, flower tea, formula tea, health tea, health tea, traditional Chinese medicine tea, coffee, wolfberry, mulberry leaves and other bagged drinks.
 

Machine Features:

1. The ultrasonic seamless seal is cut off to produce a three-dimensional tea bag with beautiful shape and firm seal.

2. The use of PLC programmable control, touch screen operation, more convenient to use, simpler operation.

3. Production capacity: 2400-3600 bags/hour for inner bags and 2100-2700 bags/hour for inner and outer bags

4. Triangular three-dimensional bag packing machine and outer bag packing machine can be used separately, flexibly and practically.

5. The outer bag is packed with heat-sealed composite material. The pattern can be customized according to the customer's requirements to realize automatic marking, positioning and cutting.

6. Nitrogen filling devices can be installed to prolong product retention and freshness.

7. Configurable random printing device for production date to make production more standardized and consumption safer
