Pyramid Tea Bag Packing Machine
Applications:
YR-160 series packaging machine, specially design for PYRAMID/RECTANGULAR tea bag packing, it is widely applied to herbal tea, loose tea leaves, flower tea and blending tea, such as green tea, black tea, Oolong tea, Bay leaf, Health tea and any other kinds of dip tea.
Machine Features:
- For flat packaging, triangular three-dimensional packaging and other products, only one key can easily switch between flat packaging and triangular three-dimensional packaging.
- Packing capacity is up to 3000 bags per hour (actual capacity depends on material characteristics).
- The machine can use wrapping film with thread and label.
- According to the material characteristics, the electronic weighing system can be configured. The electronic weighing and cutting system is suitable for single material, multi-material, irregular shape material and other materials that cannot be weighed by general measuring cup. The electronic weighing system can flexibly control the weights of each weighing unit separately according to the requirements.
- Precision rotary disc metering and cutting method can measure accurately, which can greatly improve the production efficiency of equipment.
- Touch man-machine panel, Siemens PLC controller, using servo motor bag making, provide complete set function, can adjust many parameters according to demand, provide maximum flexibility for users
